Kaukan <—> English Translator

As of right now the translator only works with English! All vowels are pure (like in Japanese) unless placed before an ‘H’, then they are dipthongs like in English (except for o and e), so the ‘e’ in ‘deh’ is still pronounced as ‘え’. While a U (pronounced like ‘う’) would then become an ‘uh’ sound.
